Fock up

Wow, I can't even breath without another medical shot coming up. I have physical therapy for my neck, and I have to go to an endocrine therapist because my male horomones are increased. To top that off I also have diabetes. I'm really scared. And I really don't want to live with all of this. I just really don't want to live. I'm such a fock up.
